This report provides a comprehensive list of all currently active employees who do not have any scheduled shifts within the system. It is a useful tool for ensuring no active employees are overlooked during scheduling, or for simply reviewing which employees are active, but currently unscheduled.
Navigate to the Analytics tab, located at the bottom of the left-side panel > Select “No Past Work Report.”
Enter your desired search filters and then Click “Generate Report.”
Available Filters
When running this report, you can refine the results using the following filters:

Employee Name
-
Branch
-
Time Frame, with the following options:

Last Month
-
Last 2 Weeks
-
Custom Date Range
The system will return a list of active employees without any scheduled shifts, based on the parameters you provided.
To download the list for external use or documentation > Click the “Export Excel” button
The report will be downloaded as a CSV file, which can be opened in Excel or any compatible spreadsheet application.
