The Daily Check-In Report provides a comprehensive overview of employee clock-in data to ensure accurate time tracking and accountability. This report includes the following details:
- Shift Date: The date the shift occurred.
- Scheduled Start and End Time: The planned start and finish times for the shift.
- Actual Clock In and Out Times: The exact times the employee clocked in and out.
- Time Variances: The difference in minutes between scheduled and actual clock-in/out times.
- Late Indicator: Whether the employee was late for their shift.
- Customer ID Number: The unique identifier for the customer associated with the shift.
- Customer Name: The name of the customer linked to the worksite.
- Worksite Name: The specific location of the customer's worksite.
- Employee Name: The full name of the employee.
This report is essential for tracking punctuality, identifying trends in tardiness, and maintaining transparency between employees, clients, and management. The available download options are CSV and PDF formats.
How to build it...
If you need to create a Daily Check-In Report, go to the lateral menu of your instance and click the tab "Shift Management", you will see the option "Daily Check-In Report"; open the tab and you will see the filters for you to input the information desired for the system to build the report.
Filters it contains:
- Branch = Single Selection
- Sort By Date = Ascending or Descending
- Sort By Time = Ascending or Descending
- Sort By Name = Customer Name or Employee Name
- To & From Dates
You can also enable the section "Include Open Shifts" to gather all the information you may require.
Once you set the filters required to sort the information you input, click the blue button "Generate report" that is below the filters, the report will automatically generated giving the options to "Export CSV" or "Export PDF" and download to your device in the desired format.
