The Accounts Receivable Report provides detailed invoicing information to help businesses manage cash flow and evaluate financial performance. This report gives an overview of amounts owed, payments received, and aging details for overdue invoices. It includes the following details:
- Client Name and ID: The name and unique identifier of the client associated with the invoice.
- Invoice Numbers: A list of all invoice numbers included in the report.
- Invoice Issued Date: The date when the invoice was approved and sent to the client.
- Original Amount Owed: The total amount initially billed on the invoice.
- Current Invoice Balance: The remaining balance that is yet to be paid on the invoice.
- Aging Details: Highlights the number of days the invoice is past due, offering a clear view of overdue amounts.
This report is helpful for improving cash flow management, enabling timely follow-ups on overdue payments, and providing actionable insights into financial performance.
How to build it...
Go to the tab "Invoice", you will see the option "Accounts Receivable Report"; open the tab and you will see the button "AR Report", click it and a chart will appear to set the filters for you to input the information desired for the system to build the report.
Filters:
- Branch = Single or Multiple Selection
- Accounts = Single or Multiple Selection
- Retroactive Date = Date Range Looking Back
- Including Aging Details
Once you select the filters and click the button "Download" the report will be automatically downloaded to your device in PDF format.
