Certification Report includes detailed information about employee certifications with upcoming expiration dates:
- Employee Name: The full name of the employee who holds the certification.
- Branch Association: The branch or location to which the employee is assigned.
- Certification Name: The specific name or type of certification held by the employee.
- Expiration Date: The date when the certification will expire, allowing for timely renewals or updates
This report is helpful for ensuring that employees' certifications are kept current, helping to avoid lapses in compliance and maintain the necessary qualifications for their roles.
How to build it...
If you are seeking to create an Active Employees Report, click the tab "Human Resources", you will see the option "Certification Report"; open the section and you will see the filters for you to input the information desired for the system to build the report.
Filters it contains:
- Employee Search = All or Specific Employees
- Branch = Single or Multiple Branches
- Expiry Duration = Expires Today, 1 week, 15 days, next month, 2 months, 3 months, 6 months
- Sorting = Ascending or Descending
Once you set the filters required to sort the information you input, click the blue button "Generate report", the report will automatically generated giving the option to "Export Excel" and download it to your device.
