This report includes detailed information about employee documents with upcoming expiration dates:
- Employee Name: The full name of the employee associated with the document.
- Branch Association: The branch or location to which the employee is assigned.
- Document Name: The name or type of document that is nearing its expiration.
- Expiration Date: The date when the document will expire, helping to track and manage renewal needs.
This report is helpful for staying organized and proactive in ensuring that employee documentation is up-to-date and compliant, preventing lapses that could impact operations or regulatory adherence.
How to build it...
If you are seeking to create an Active Employees Report, click the tab "Human Resources", and you will see the option "Document Reports"; open the section and you will see the filters for you to input the information desired for the system to build the report.
Filters it contains:
- Employee Search = All or Specific Employees
- Branch = Single or Multiple Branches
- Expiry Duration = Expires Today, 1 week, 15 days, next month, 2 months, 3 months, 6 months
- Sorting = Ascending or Descending
Once you set the filters required to sort the information you input, click the blue button "Generate report", the report will automatically generated giving the option to "Export Excel" and download it to your device.
