The Late Check-In Report provides detailed information about employees who checked in late for their scheduled shifts during specified periods. This report helps monitor punctuality and ensures that employees adhere to their assigned schedules. The report includes the following details:
- Employee Name: The full name of the employee who was scheduled to work the shift.
- Branch Association: The branch or location to which the employee is assigned.
- Account Name: The name of the account or client where the employee was scheduled to work.
- Shift Date: The date of the scheduled shift.
- Scheduled Start/End Time: The originally scheduled start and end times for the shift.
- Actual Check-In Time: The time when the employee checked in for their shift.
This report is helpful for identifying and addressing late check-ins, ensuring better scheduling adherence and improving overall operational efficiency.
How to build it...
If you are seeking to create an Active Employees Report, click the tab "Shift Management", and you will see the option "Late Check In Report"; open the section and you will see the filters for you to input the information desired for the system to build the report.
Filters it contains:
- Employee Search
- Branch = Single or Multiple Selection
- Account = Single Selection
- Date Range
Once you set the filters required to sort the information you input, click the blue button "Generate report", the report will automatically generated giving the option to "Export Excel" and download it to your device.
