New Hire Report includes detailed information about new employees to assist with onboarding and record-keeping:
- Full Name: The complete name of the newly hired employee.
- Home Address: The residential address where the employee resides.
- Social Security Number: The unique identifier for the employee used for tax and employment purposes.
- Date of Birth: The employee's birth date, is used for age verification and record accuracy.
- Hire Date: The official date the employee joined the organization.
How to build it...
If you are seeking to create a New Hire Report, click the tab "Payroll", and you will see the option "New Hire Reporting"; open the section and you will see the filters for you to input the information desired for the system to build the report.
This report is available for download in both PDF and TXT formats, making it easy to upload to reporting websites for further processing or storage.
You can sort the information by:
- State = Single Selection
- Date Range
- Employees Include: All Employees or Only Employees in the State Selected
- Downloadable Format: TXT or PDF.
Once you set the information required, click the blue button "Generate report", and the report will automatically generated- Keep in mind that the "Downloadable Format" you selected is the way the report will be built by the system.
