The Time Off Report provides detailed insights into employee time-off requests, enabling effective tracking and management of leave data. The report includes the following key information for each request:
- Employee Name: Identifies the employee submitting the time-off request.
- Branch Association: Specifies the branch to which the employee is assigned.
- Gender: Records the gender of the employee.
- Home Address: Lists the employee's residential address.
- PTO Type: Defines the type of paid or unpaid time off requested (e.g., Unpaid Time Off, Paid Time Off, Paid Buy Back, Employer Paid Leave).
- Requested Off Date: Displays the date(s) the employee is requesting to take off.
- Number of Hours Requested: Indicates the total hours being requested for leave.
- Request Status: Reflects the approval stage of the request (Pending, Approved, or Rejected).
This report is downloadable in an Excel format, making it easy to analyze, share, and integrate into payroll and compliance workflows.
How to build it...
If you are seeking to create a Time Off Report, go to the lateral menu of your instance and click the tab "Payroll", you will see the option "Time Off Report"; open the tab and you will see the filters for you to input the information desired for the system to build the report.
Filters it contains:
- Employee Search = Specific Employee Selection
- Branch = Multiple Selection
- Type = Paid Time Off, Unpaid Time Off, Paid Buy Back, Employer Paid Leave
- Date Range Selection
Once you set the filters required to sort the information you input, click the blue button "Generate report", the report will automatically generated giving the option to download it when clicking "Export Excel" or see the report generated under the same view of the screen.
