Admins often need to quickly notify all employees and clients about important updates like system outages, holiday hours, or policy changes. Mass messaging makes it easy to send the same message to everyone at once, saving time and ensuring consistent communication across the board.
To send out a mass message, begin by navigating to the left-hand panel and clicking on ‘Message Center.’ A dropdown menu will appear—select ‘Message Center’ from the list.
On the new page, click on ‘Mass + Pre-Scheduled’ and then choose ‘Mass Communication.’ This will take you to the Mass Communication screen, where you can begin composing and sending your message.
You have several filtering options to help target your message effectively:

Branch: Select a single branch or multiple branches to send your message to.

Account: Choose specific accounts to ensure the message reaches the right group of employees.

Template: Use pre-made templates with built-in messaging to save time and maintain consistency.
You can choose to send the message via SMS, email, or as an in-app notification. Additionally, you have the option to attach an image or video to enhance the message.
Once your message is ready and you’ve selected the appropriate branch and account, simply click the blue [Send] button to send it out. If you'd like to save a copy for future reference, select [Send and Save]—this will store the message in your history for easy access later.
