If you are looking for a good way for employees to get important announcements, you can configure a Newsletter. "Newsletter Management" will allow you to set parameters for specific branches, notify employees/staff, you can attach relevant images/videos/PDFs, and write out a message to complement the information.
- Go to the "Message Center" tab, click the section "Message Center" and select the option "Newsletter Management". Locate the button "Add Newsletter" and click it.

Type the "Title" of the Newsletter, then you can select a "Branch" that you want to get the Newsletter, it can be one or all the branches.

After that, under the section "Notify" you can choose the Newsletter to be for only staff, only employees, or both.
- Upload an image/video or PDF by clicking the button "Choose Files" to be attached under the content of the Newsletter, type the message of it, and click the button "Save" to update the changes made.
- The Newsletter will be added under the list of the same section, just click the button "Send Now" whenever you want to send it. The great thing about it is that you will be able to see who has viewed the Newsletter(one is sent) if you click the last button highlighted on the right-hand side of the screen.
- The employees will get notified once you have sent the Newsletter. This is how it´s going to look on their apps. This section functions as a forum for employees so they can add comments regarding the information seen in the newsletter.
