This tool can be used to send messages to company employees, whether they are officers or admin staff. Remember that only the admin staff that has a role assigned can use this feature (you need to be sure that the permissions for the Message Center are activated). For any of these cases follow the next steps:

Go to the 'Message Center' tab on the main menu on the left-hand side of the StaffWizard page, and select the "Message Center" option.

On the panel that was displayed, on the tabs that are on the top of the page, go to the "Internal Communicator" tab.
- Select the 'Branch' that you need to display the other filters. Once you fill out all the necessary information now you can choose the employee you need to send the message.
- After checking the box of a role, if an admin staff has assigned that role it will populate on the list to be chosen. If not, there will be no records to populate.
- In this case, we will choose to send a message to the guards. Only employees who have had a shift on any post location of the client selected will appear on the list. Once you are satisfied with the message and the employees you need to send it to, hit the [Send] button at the end of the page.
- The employee will receive the message at the source selected, in this case to his email.
