Within the Master Company Settings, you have the ability to customize a variety of system-generated email templates. These templates are pre-configured by the system and cannot be deleted; however, you can modify the main body content of each message to better suit your company’s communication style.
Important: Do not edit or remove any content containing the @ symbol. These placeholders are used by the system to automatically insert specific details, such as the employee's name or your company name.
To Customize an Email Template:
Navigate to Master Company Settings.
Under Master Controls, select Email Templates.
Locate the template you wish to edit and click the yellow pencil icon.
From the editor, modify the main message, subject line, and template name as needed.
Reminder: Avoid changing or deleting any placeholders marked with an @ symbol, as these are system variables used to populate dynamic information such as employee names, post locations, or company names.
These customization options allow you to tailor system communications to reflect your company's tone while ensuring essential information is delivered correctly.
Managing Template Status:
- You can enable or disable any email template using the toggle switch:
- Green = Template is active and in use.
- Grey = Template is deactivated and will not be used.
