If what you need is to filter guards by their Title or Skills, follow the next steps to assign these characteristics to the employees you need:
- First of all, we must make sure that the title or skill that we need to assign is configured correctly, for this, go to the 'Master Company Settings' tab on the main menu on the left-hand side of the StaffWizard page.
- On the panel that was displayed, on the tabs that are on the top of the page, make sure you are on the "Master Controls" tab.
- On the left-hand side menu of the panel displayed, select the "Position/Title" tab.
- You need a Category first to have a Position/Title, so select the 'Category' tab and you can search for one that is already created o add a new one.
- In this case, hit the [+Add new category] button and a pop-up window will appear, here assign the name of the category and hit the [Add] button. The new category will appear at the end of the list. Remember that the 'Status' button must be enabled for the category to populate the options on the next steps.
Position/Title tab
- Now that we have our Category set up, go to the 'Position/Title' tab and here you can search for one that is already created or add a new one.
- In this case, hit the [+Add new Positions] button, and a pop-up window will appear, here assign the category and add the name of the new position (if you need you can add a file too), then hit the [Add] button and the new position will appear at the end of the list. Remember that the 'Status' button must be enabled for the position to populate the options on the further steps.
Skills tab
- Return to the 'Master controls' menu and select the "Skills" tab. Here you can search for one that is already created o add a new one.
- In this case, hit the [+Add new] button at the top of the panel and a pop-up window will appear, here assign the name of the skill and hit the [Add] button (if needed you can add a file too). The new skill will appear at the end of the list. Remember that the 'Status' button must be enabled for the skill to populate the options on further steps.
