The Payroll Check Master Report is a valuable tool for viewing checks issued to employees, including the general details of each check.
To generate the Payroll Check Master Report, navigate to the 'Reports' Module and click "Company Reports. " Locate the desired report and click on the green [Play] button to proceed.
This will open a new tab; here, you will see the filters for you to input the information desired for the system to build the report.
Filters:
- Period Begin Date: Use this to filter by the start date of the period range.
- Period End Date: Use this to filter by the end date of the period range.
- Check Date From: Use this to filter for checks within a date range, specifying the start date.
- Check Date To: Use this to filter for checks within a date range, specifying the end date.
- Filter by Branch: Use this to filter by specific branches.
- Show Signature Lines: Leave set to "No" to exclude signature lines from the report.
- Sort Checks By: Choose to sort by Last Name, Employee ID, Check Number, or Issued date.
- Include Printable Checks: Toggle on to include printed checks.
- Include Direct Deposits: Toggle on to include direct deposits.
- Include Voided Checks: Toggle on to include voided checks.
This report provides a breakdown of all checks within the specified range. It is organized by check and employee, offering an overview of key check details. Additionally, it includes a total of net and gross wages for all checks within the selected range.
