The Active Employee Report is a useful tool for viewing both active and inactive employees, along with the date of their last processed check.
To generate the Active Employee Report, navigate to the 'Reports' Module and click "Company Reports". Locate the desired report.
This report has configurable settings; however, leaving them empty will open up your results. Click on the grey [Cogwheel] button to enter edit mode.
Settings:
- Tier #1: Select a company Tier
- Payroll Freq: Weekly, Every Two Weeks, Semi-Monthly, Monthly, Daily
- Gender: Male or Female
Once settings have been set, click on the green [Play] button on the selected report to proceed. This will open a new tab; here, you will see the filters for you to input the information desired for the system to build the report.
Filters:
- Payroll Freq: Select between Weekly, Every Two Weeks, Semi-Monthly, Monthly, Daily.
- Gender: Female or Male.
- Last Check Date From: Period start date.
- Last Check Date to: Period end date.
- Filter for Branch: Allows you to filter by company branches.
After applying your filters, click on 'Build Report.' This report will provide a detailed list of employees, including their gender, pay frequency, tier name, hire date, the date of their last check received, and their active status (Y for active, N for not active).
Once the report is generated, you may choose to either 'Download' it as a PDF or 'Create File' for a CSV file.
