To review employee payroll records and access individual pay stubs, follow the steps below to filter and view payroll details within the system.
Navigate to the left-hand menu and select “Payroll,” then click “View Payroll Checks.”
You will be presented with the following filter options:
- Employee: Select the employee(s) whose payroll information you wish to view.
- Payroll Start: Enter the start date of the pay period.
- Payroll End: Enter the end date of the pay period.
- Check Date From: Filter checks by specifying the start date of the check date range.
- Check Date To: Filter checks by specifying the end date of the check date range.
- Pay: Select the payroll frequency.
Once the filters are applied, the system will generate a list of pay stubs based on your criteria. Each entry will display the following details:
- Payroll #: The unique payroll identifier
- Total Working Hours: The total number of hours worked during the pay period
- Total Amount: The Net pay amount
- Type: The pay frequency (e.g., weekly, bi-weekly)
- Date Range: The time frame the payroll covers
- Check Date: The date the check was issued
- Action: Options to view or download the pay stub
