To manually create a temporary password for an employee, navigate to the 'Employees' module and click on "All Employees".
Double-click on the employee's first name to select them. Once in their profile, navigate to the 'General' tab and click the [Pencil] icon to edit their 'General Information.'
Scroll down and find the 'Change Password' section. Toggle it on, then enter the employee's new password. Once done, click the blue [Update] button to save the changes. You can now share the new temporary password with the employee.
