Remember that this feature can only be used if the correct settings for category, Position/Title, or Skill are set up, otherwise, the employee will not be assigned any of these requirements to have a specialized shift on a client's schedule. This feature can be used if what you need is to filter employees who can be assigned to a shift within a client's schedule.
- Go to the 'Employees' tab on the main menu on the left-hand side of the StaffWizard page, and select the "All Employees" option. Then locate the employee that you need by using the filters or navigating the list.
- On the employees's profile, select the "General" tab located at the top of the client´s profile and click on the [blue pencil] button on the right-hand side to edit the information.
- Navigate through the employee's general information until you find the labels "Category", "Position/Title" and "Skills". On each box select the option that you need, then hit the [Update] button to save the changes.
- Remember that these requirements need to match the ones required for the shift on the client's schedule. If any requirement is missing or if there is a requirement left over, the employee will not appear on the list to assign the shift.
