Utilizing the Notes feature within StaffWizard facilitates efficient, real-time communication between management and frontline staff. This in-app messaging tool ensures that employees receive critical updates, task instructions, or safety alerts promptly—and are required to acknowledge receipt, enhancing accountability and operational clarity.
How to Send Notes to Employees via the Mobile App
1. Access the Client Profile

From the main menu on the left-hand side, navigate the Clients module, click on "Client Lists", select the specific client for whom you wish to manage note communications.
2. Open Notification Settings

Within the client profile, tap on Notifications.

From the available options, select Notes.
3. Add a New Note

Tap the plus (+) icon to create a new note.

When creating the note, configure the following fields:

To and From Date: Set the duration for which the note should remain visible to employees assigned to this client.

Note Info: Enter the message or instruction (e.g., “Take out the trash,” “Check the back door,” etc.).

4. Employee Acknowledgment

Once created, the note will appear in the employee’s mobile app under the Notes section.

Employees will have the ability to acknowledge the note directly within the app.
The acknowledgment is logged within the client profile and can be referenced for tracking and accountability purposes.
