Post Orders provide location-specific instructions that employees can access directly in the mobile app. These instructions can be updated at any time and changes are automatically reflected in the app, ensuring that employees always have the most up-to-date information.
Information may include, but is not limited to:
- Uniform requirements
- Detailed post location instructions
- Any other necessary notes or information
File Requirements:
- Images: JPG.PDF format
- Documents: PDF format
Key Features
- Can be added to each individual post location within a specific client.
- Allows for detailed and specific instructions.
- Each post location can have its own unique instructions.
To add post location details:
- Use the left panel to go to the client profile.
- Choose the client.
Uploading Post Orders/Notes
- Select the "Post Order" tab.
- Click "Upload Post Order/Notes."
- Choose the relevant post location.
- Upload the desired instructions from your computer (images or documents).
- Click "Upload Post Order."
NOTE: *You have the option to upload 1, 2, or all 3 of the available fields. This option allows you to create multiple post orders for a single location.
*Uploading a new post order to any of the 3 fields for the same post location will overwrite the existing post order.
* Post orders cannot be edited; they must be re-uploaded.
- Uploaded post orders are displayed in a list, which can be filtered by date to find past orders.
- Click the blue button to view an order, or the red trash can to delete it.
To view a specific post order in the mobile application:
- From the home screen, navigate to the current Shift.
- Select "Show," then choose the desired post order to view.
