If an Officer is going to leave a Post Location, this can be notified and registered under the section "PCF (Personnel Change Forms)".
- Go to the "Clients" tab and look for the Client under the list or use the filter to sort by name. Open the Client´s profile to look for their general information, locate the section "PCF Forms", and click it.
- Once you are on the section, click the button [+Add Personnel Change Form] that is on the right-hand side of the screen.
- Select the officer who is leaving the post location by selecting the employees who populate when you click "Select Officer" and add the date when the officer is leaving.

How to edit/add new reasons for leaving in the PCF(Personnel Change Forms) - After you select one option, a text box will appear under the reason why the officer is leaving. Here you can type a short description if there is a deeper explanation regarding it is needed.
- Select the client( it can be multiple if there is more than one) and click the button "Confirm Send".
- Once all of it´s saved correctly, you will see the information regarding the Personnel Change Form and the contact who was notified on the list below the same tab. Besides you can filter the entries by officer or date.
