The Officers Without a Schedule feature in StaffWizard allows you to easily identify employees with no scheduled shifts for the current or upcoming week. This tool is essential for improving shift coverage, preventing unnecessary overtime, and promoting fair and efficient workload distribution across your team.
How to Use This Feature
Select Shift Management from the left-hand menu and click on "Officers without a Schedule"
Apply Filters
- Employee: Search for a specific employee or guard, if needed.
- Branch: Select a specific branch, or choose All to view across all locations.
- Week: Choose either Current Week or Next Week. These are the only available options at this time.
View and Export Results
Once your filters are applied and the list is generated, you can:
Generate Excel: Download the list as an Excel file for sharing with clients, managers, or supervisors.
