Options Tab in the schedule panel
In the "Schedule" module, you can find different options giving you options for schedule managements.
Schedule Management
- Edit Past Schedules
Allows authorized users to make changes to schedules from previous dates. Useful for correcting errors or updating records for reporting accuracy. - Publish Schedules: Converts draft schedules to active ones, making them visible to employees. Notifications may be triggered based on system settings.
- Import Schedule: The Import Schedule feature allows you to upload schedules in bulk via CSV, making it easy to manage weekly setups or large-scale updates
- Important Notes:
- You must use the system’s designated CSV template format for successful imports.
- Future shifts cannot be marked as permanent through the CSV import., these shifts must be created manually within the Schedule Panel module and marked as permanent there.

Reports
Employee Report
Shows scheduled hours, shifts, attendance, and other key data for individual employees. Can be filtered by date range, position, or site.
Customer Report
It displays scheduling information relevant to clients or contract sites, such as hours worked, assigned guards, and coverage summaries.
Billable Report
Highlights shifts and hours that are eligible for client billing.
Include Non-Billable: Option to include shifts not billable to the client (e.g., training, admin time) for comparison or internal use.
Under/Over Report
Highlights discrepancies between scheduled and actual hours.
- Useful for tracking under 40 or over 40-hour thresholds to manage overtime.
